With expertise in luxury home and condo sales, investment property acquisitions and high-end residential development, Monty’s passion for architecture has led him to design, develop and manage multiple groundbreaking projects throughout his 14-year real estate career.

Having played at the highest level in professional sports, including Super Bowl XLIII, Monty brings a unique perspective and extensive network to the Julian Johnston Team that collectively has sold more than $5 billion to date and been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top leading small teams by volume in the United States, ranking #1 in Miami Beach.

A graduate of Kansas State University with Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Mass Communications, Monty is an entrepreneur by nature, owning and operating several of his own businesses. Having relocated to South Florida, Monty has shifted his focus to servicing the Miami - Fort Lauderdale real estate market where he permanently resides and calls home.
