The Harbour is an upcoming project being developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments set to be built in the North Miami Beach area. The project is already over seventy percent under contract and groundbreaking will begin on Wednesday. Comprised of a pair of 32-story buildings with over 400 units, future residents will enjoy stunning vistas of Sunny Isles Beach and the city of Aventura.
The units of The Harbour will range from 1,032 square feet to 2,442 square feet and will have one, two, or three bedrooms plus penthouses. Some of the anticipated amenities include an aromatherapy trail featuring various chamomile, eucalyptus, and other plants which will be open exclusively to residents of The Harbour. The trail will also have watering stations with ingredients like lemon, coconut, and green tea. Other amenities at The Harbour will include watersports, a spa with a variety of treatments, an al fresco course by Vita, marina and boat rentals, plus much more.
Another highlight of The Harbour will be Grove, the building’s two story social lounge available only to residents and guests. Inside the lounge, there will be billiards, a poker table, a media room with a large flat screen television, board game tables plus a library and study.
When it’s complete, The Harbour will be located at 16385 Biscayne Boulevard.
