Rivo Alto Island’s Villa Swan Gets Sold

Rivo Alto Island’s Villa Swan Gets Sold

Rivo Alto Island, one of the Venetian Islands recently saw another exciting sale. Villa Swan is a 10,500 square foot home with seven bedrooms and bathrooms that was recently redeveloped. It was sold to Richard Comras for the price of $9.35 million, with Miami Beach Realtor Julian Johnston acting as the listing agent. The property also includes one half home.

Villa Swan is located at 401 East Rivo Alto Drive and features modern, high-end lighting, furnishings in an Italian style, tall ceilings, and copious use of natural light. Just outside the home there is a lush courtyard entrance, a pool overlooking the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay, and a boat dock. Located on the northeastern side of the island, residents enjoy views of Biscayne Bay, the four Sunset Islands, and the multiple skyscrapers that pierce the Miami city skyline to the west. Villa Swan’s last sale was in 2012 for the sum of $3.17 million.

The Venetian Islands are six distinct land masses located between the cities of Miami and Miami Beach, although they are officially considered to be a part of the latter. Rivo Alto Island is located just west of Miami Beach and is reachable via the Venetian Causeway, which intersects all six of the island neighborhoods. The other islands are called Belle Isle, San Marco, San Marino, Di Lido, and Biscayne.
