Miami Beach Welcomes “11”

Sanctuary Estates in South Miami, the upcoming mixed-use City Place development and the two Oasis Park Square condos, both in the city of Doral. Shoma is now setting its sights on the city of Miami Beach with the debut of “11”, designed by Zyscovich Architects and interiors by Charles Allem.

The “11” community will be Shoma Group’s first residential project in the barrier island and true to its name it will feature eleven townhouses that are each three stories tall with starting prices of $3.2 to about $4 million, or roughly $1,000 per square foot. The units will provide 3,600 square feet for those under air conditioning or 4,300 square feet with balconies and garages. The townhouses of “11” will be among the most forward thinking, boasting elevators, a rooftop deck with a pool and summer kitchen, and “Smart Home” technology. The townhouses will also feature customized interior doors and windows.

Upon completion “11” will be located at 1030 15th Street, the corner of Lenox Avenue and 15th Street. Construction on the townhouse community kicks off in the fall.
