Miami Beach Attracts European Buyers

Miami Beach Attracts European Buyers

Miami Beach is one of the best vacation destinations for people from all over the world, with beautiful beaches, art deco architectures, international dining spots, high-living retail shops, and much more. But now, Miami is also seen as a great investment opportunity. Since a few months back, European buyers are acquiring multimillion-dollar waterfront homes in the Magic City.

European buyers are attracted to moving into big lots in Miami Beach, as it becomes an international city, and according to the Miami-Dade County records and properties sold by Julian Johnston, Hibiscus Island is one of the top spots for these clients.

Hibiscus Island is located just north of Palm Island, off the MacArthur Causeway, and at the moment just has just two vacant waterfront lots. In the beginning of June, Julian Johnston sold a 5,634 square foot house with five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, located at 429 North Hibiscus Drive to a buyer from Switzerland.

Another example, according to Miami-Dade County records, a Russian buyer, paid $7 million for a beautiful property located at 350 South Hibiscus Drive, in addition to another house that he bought a few weeks after down the street at 280 South Hibiscus Drive for $7.9 million.
