He later transitioned into a Luxury Real Estate Advisor role where he has completed very significant waterfront sales with massive appreciation. His market analysis, key improvements, dedication, and collaborative efforts has led his clients to enormous increase in property value. 

German graduated from Trinity University with Bachelor of Science in International Business and later completed a master’s degree in business management from The Ohio State University. He played soccer at both universities where he was first team all NCAA.
